No, the Trade-In Program is designed to benefit any type of home- whether you're selling or buying a single-family home, condo, or other property.
Can I still use the program if I'm not buying immediately after selling?
Yes, you can use the Trade-In Program whenever you decide to purchase a new home through us after selling your previous one.

I moved to Las Vegas in 1995 and have been a licensed realtor since 2005 when I joined a top team. I emerged through the great recession as one of the top 1% of realtors in the country. In 2011 I started my real estate team, the Jacobs Group, which has grown to an experienced group of over 25 agents with thousands of sales throughout the valley. Over the years I have dedicated myself to guiding my clients in finding the right property for them and/or helping them maximize their bottom line when listing. Strong client relationships have allowed me to shift a large percentage of my closings to repeat business over the years.
