A 14-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Jacobs founded, created, and currently operates the Jacobs Group – a high-volume real estate sales group at one of southern Nevada’s leading brokerage offices. The group has sold more than 600 properties worth more than $225 million. Jonathan is a HUD approved agent and an expert in marketing and negotiating homes in Las Vegas, where he lives and works. He has been named a Top 40 Under 40 Agent in Las Vegas by Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors three times and is being inducted into the Hall of Fame. He has also been awarded Top 100 Men in Real Estate by “My Vegas Magazine,” 100 most influential real estate agents, as well as multiple Top 250 Hispanic Agents awards in the Nation out of more than 50,000 agents by the NAHREP.
In addition to being a licensed Nevada real estate agent, Mr. Jacobs formed the Jacobs Branch of Noble Home Loans – a mortgage loan provider for residential real estate in southern Nevada. Their company will fund in excess of $130 million in its most recent year of operations in large part to the new branch addition. The Jacobs branch has grown by a rate of nearly 50% quarter over quarter.
Jonathan Jacobs also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Tanager Homes, a residential development company based in Nevada and Washington state. He also serves as Division President of the Las Vegas Division.
Mr. Jacobs attended UNLV, focusing on Business Administration with a Marketing major. Mr. Jacobs is fluent in Spanish and English.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Daron grew up racing motocross. After graduating high school a year early he began building custom cabinets while attending college. He called an old friend who was a real estate agent and after a quick conversation, he realized he could translate the attention to detail he used in design to have a successful career in real estate.
After completing his first year at Simply Vegas and selling millions in volume, Daron realized the need to fully understand the loan process.
